The following recreational and event-based facilities are offered subject to availability, safety conditions, weather, technical functionality, and management discretion:
1. Adventure & Recreation: Sky Cycling, Go-Karting, Rain Dance
2. Entertainment: MiniPlex (mini cinema), Discotheque (360 Lounge), Music Events
3. F&B Activities: Carnival Chaat Counter, Bamboo Hut Restaurant
4.Venues & Functions: Banquets, Conference Rooms, Outdoor Event Spaces
Important Conditions:
- Participation in Sky Cycling, Go-Karting, Rain Dance, or any physical activity is at the guest’s own risk. DAN Resorts & Weddings is not liable for injury, accidents, or health issues arising from participation in these activities. Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions and sign liability waivers when applicable.
- Events like, Rain dance with Music or Performances, Chaat Counters, and Discotheque Access may be held on select days and may require advance booking or entry passes. Availability is not guaranteed to all guests by default.
- Noise Levels: Music-based events (including discotheque or rain dance sessions) may involve loud audio and lighting. We strive to comply with local sound regulations. DAN RESORT & Weddings will not be liable for any temporary inconvenience arising from such entertainment.
- Mini plex Operations are subject to content licensing, technical availability, and show schedules.
- Banquet & Conference Facilities must be pre-booked and are subject to event-specific policies and operational limitations.
- Weather & Force Majeure: Outdoor events and rides may be suspended or cancelled due to weather conditions, maintenance, or unforeseen events. No compensation will be provided in such cases unless stated otherwise.
